Now that I've reached my goal and my weight has stablized, I will stop posting daily about what I ate. Rather, I will post my recap soon and then going forward, I will post more about my thoughts and on interesting recipes.

Lunch: Flank Steak; Salad; Chicken Cacciatore
Desserts: Cookies and Cream Ice-Cream
Dinner: Roast Duck; BBQ Pork; Chicken; Steamed Fish in Soy Sauce; Greens; Egg and Shrimp
Happy Moon Festival! (I think I ate way too much today!)

Dinner: Fish; Soy Chicken Wings; Tomatoes; Bell Pepper
Seems like weight has definitely settled down. Even weekends and cheat days do not impact weight like before. I will type up a recap of the first 3 months soon.

Lunch: Omelette with Beef, Onion, and Green Pepper; Hash Brown; French Toast; Wheat Toast
Dinner: Cicero's Pizza (Hawaiian and Belly Buster)
Desserts: Chocolate Drumstick
Cheat Day!!!
