Day 23

Weight: 173.6 lbs

Breakfast:  Soup
Lunch:  BBQ Chicken with Salad
Dinner:  Cauliflower and Tomato with Chicken in Pesto Sauce

Seems like I am plateauing with the weight loss.  A recommendation is to have a "cheat day" where I go back and eat regular foods including carbs for 1 day.  Looking forward to taking a break from Keto diet and binge for a day.  Now I need to determine which date would be best to do this!  :)

    1. It could cause a few pounds gain temporarily but hopefully it will spur the body to lose more pounds in the long run. Let's see how it goes. Stay tuned! :)
