Starting Up....

Today is the first day going on the Keto diet.

Goal: -15 to -20 pounds

Current Weight: 183.6 lbs

Breakfast - Hard Boiled Egg; 60 cal
Lunch - Chicken breast; Fish Ambotik
Dinner - Salmon, Pork Chops, Asparagus sauteed with olive oil
