Day 33

Weight:  170.2 lbs

Breakfast:  Macadamia Nuts
Lunch:  Roast Pork, Roast Duck, Beef, Chinese Beef Brisket with Daikon
Dinner:  Grilled Chicken (Vietnamese Style), Lettuce, Cucumber

Back from vacation.  I was worried to step on the scale this morning.  What a pleasant surprise!  Lost > 3 lbs after a vacation?!?!  That's a first!  And from my previous posts, you can see I ate very well.  :)  The only difference is minimal dessert.  5 more pounds until I reach my goal!
