Day 38

Weight:  169.8 lbs

Breakfast:  Chicken Drumstick with Cauliflower
Lunch:  Curry fish; Gumbo; Grilled Chicken; Greens
Dinner:  (Tofu House) Kalbi, Tofu Soup, Seafood Stew, Kimchi

Wow!  I can't remember the last time I was sub-170 lbs.
