Day 68

Weight:  167.4 lbs

Breakfast:  Soft Boiled Egg
Lunch:  Vietnamese - Shreaded Pork; Shrimp Cake; Salad; Egg Cake
Dinner:  Chicken Salad; Chicken with Ginger Sauce; Pea Sprouts; Salt & Pepper Fish

Didn't understand how I gained 2.8 lbs since yesterday even though I didn't eat that much yesterday.  Do little bit of carbs really make that big difference?

  2. Unfortunately no mistype. Weekends are tough. Tried to be more lax about what to eat and seem to always end up gaining 3-4 pounds.
