Day 86

Weight:  164.0 lbs

Breakfast:  Hard Boiled Egg
Lunch:  Thai Salad with Beef; Chicken
Dinner:  Malaysian Curry Chicken with Cauliflower and Onion; Seaweed with Avocado
Desserts:  McDonald's Hot Fudge Sundae (This was not enjoyable at all.  It tasted sugary and watery.  I think this diet has refined my tasted buds.  Only good quality stuff is worth putting into my mouth!)
