Lunch:  Omelette with Beef, Onion, and Green Pepper; Hash Brown; French Toast; Wheat Toast
Dinner:  Cicero's Pizza (Hawaiian and Belly Buster)
Desserts:  Chocolate Drumstick

Lunch:  Thai Salad with Beef; Chicken
Dinner:  Malaysian Curry Chicken with Cauliflower and Onion; Seaweed with Avocado
Desserts:  McDonald's Hot Fudge Sundae (This was not enjoyable at all.  It tasted sugary and watery.  I think this diet has refined my tasted buds.  Only good quality stuff is worth putting into my mouth!)
