Lunch: Ahi Tuna Salad; Lamb Burger without Buns (of course)
Dinner: Brisket, Ribs, Pulled Pork, Green Beans, 1 bite of potato salad, 1/2 dinner roll
It's a little harder to resist all carbs during vacation. Hopefully, those last 2 items for dinner will not do much harm....
