Day 3

Current Weight:  181.8 lbs

Breakfast - hard boiled egg
Lunch - Hainan Chicken; Cucumbers
Snack - 10 almonds
Dinner - (Aqui) Lime-Avocado Chicken Salad - Grilled chicken breast, romaine, lime- avocado dressing, pumpkin seeds, avocado, and cotija cheese. Gradd Fed Beef Barbacoa - Tender braised, pasture raised beef with barbacoa sauce
Snack - Blueberries (4), Strawberries (4)

I was in downtown SJ today and it was a little hard to find a lunch place without carbs.  Finally managed to find a Malaysian restaurant where I ordered Hainan Chicken without rice.  It also took awhile to come up with a dinner place but Aqui worked out fine and the beef there was really good.
