Day 4

Current Weight:  180.2 lbs

Breakfast - boiled egg
Snack - 1/2 cup of macadamia nuts; Strawberries (2)
Lunch - Salad with Guacamole, Orange Bell Pepper, Tomatoes.  Pork Chop.
Dinner - Cauliflower Casserole with Chicken Thigh (Pesto Sauce, Cauliflower, Cherry Tomatoes)

Not sure if it's psychological or not but I feel much lighter when playing basketball today.  Usually my back and ankle/foot would get sore easily.  But that didn't happen today.  I felt like I can run a little faster.  Afterwards, I weighed myself - 178.6 lbs!
