Day 19

Weight:  173.6 lbs

Breakfast: Hard Boiled Egg
Lunch:  In-n-Out Double-Double Protein Style
Snack:  Strawberries
Dinner:  Roast Duck, Roast Pork, Cabbage


Woohoo!  10 lbs!  Feeling great!  Eating great!  Can really feel lighter when running - not carrying the extra weight.
