Day 18


Weight:  175 lbs

Breakfast:  Hard Boiled Egg
Lunch:  Blueberries, Zucchini Noodles with Sausage in Tomato Cream Sauce
Dessert:  Halo Chocolate Ice-Cream
Dinner:  Lamb Chop, Salad with Tomato,  Zucchini Noodles with Sausage in Tomato Cream Sauce

Who would believe being on a diet while eating all these kinds of yummy food?!?!
