Day 13

Weight:  176.4 lbs

Breakfast - Macadamia nuts, cantaloupe, watermelon
Lunch - Salad with Turkey meat and tomatoes; Ranch Dressing
Dinner - Salmon, Pork Chops, Salad, Chicken with Okra

    1. Too much eating on the weekends. Going to Sweet Tomatoes doesn't help. :)
