Day 12

Current Weight:  175 lbs

Breakfast - Keto pancakes with 2 strawberries
Lunch - Chicken Tenders
Snack - Chicken Soup with Drumstick
Dinner - Sweet Tomatoes (Salad and Soup) - NO blueberries muffin, clam chowder, and ice-cream

    1. Basically pancakes made without flour. So it uses egg and cream cheese.
