Day 45

Weight:  169.8 lbs

Breakfast:  Hard Boiled Egg
Lunch:  (Chipotle) Steak Salad with Tomato Salsa
Dinner:  Chicken Soup with No-Carb Noodle; Spinach Salad with Bell Pepper and Cucumber
Dessert:  Chocolate Mug Cake with Halo Ice-Cream (Chocolate Mocha Chip)

  1. Give me couple more weeks...I'm hoping to lose 2 pounds by Tuesday...It'll take a little longer now to lose the pounds...it's not as easy for the body to find fat as easily as before. :)
