Breakfast:  Hard Boiled Egg
Lunch:  Ground Beef in Tomato Cream Sauce with Cauliflower
Snack:  Fried Egg Tofu
Dinner:  Drumstick in Yoshida Sauce; Soy Sauce Chicken Drumlettes; Cauliflower; Salad
