Day 15

Weight:  175 lbs

Breakfast:  Chicken
Lunch:  Tri-Tip, Mushrooms, Roasted peppers
Snack:  Roasted Seaweed
Dinner - Portabello Mushroom Burger



I finally noticed my mid-section/belly flattening out.  Half-way there.  Very encouraging.
