Day 7

Current Weight:  178.6 lbs

Breakfast:  Hard Boiled Egg
Lunch:  Salad with Rib-Eye Steak cubes, cucumber and orange bell pepper
Snack:  Macadamia nuts (1/4 cup)
Dinner:  Ground Beef Patty in Tomato Sauce, Buttered Cabbage, Mushrooms, Cucumbers
