Day 9

Current Weight:  178.8 lbs

Breakfast - Napa Cabbage, Fatty Pork, Kimchi
Lunch - Stir-Fry Fish with Snap Peas, Mongolian Beef with Onions
Dinner - Pork Chops, Chicken with Okra, Kimchi, GaiLan

Started taking Vitamin Supplement today.
