Breakfast:  Hard Boiled Egg
Lunch:  Caesar Salad; Pumpkin Soup with Shrimp; Green Curry Beef
Dinner:  Zucchini  Noodle with Sausage and Mushroom in Tomato Sauce; Chicken in Malaysian Curry Sauce; Salad; Spinach
