Breakfast:  Hard Boiled Egg
Lunch:  Zucchini  Noodle with Sausage and Mushroom in Tomato Sauce
Dinner:  (Country's Inn) Supreme Omelette (Sausage, Bacon, Mushroom, Bell Pepper); Salad; Chicken
