Weight:  165.8 lbs

Breakfast:  Hard Boiled Egg
Lunch:  Stir-Fry Chicken with Okra; Grapes; Halo Ice-Cream
Dinner:  Spaghetti Squash with Ground Beef/Mushroom
Dessert:  Mint Chocolate Chip Ice-Cream (Cheat!!!)
