Weight:  164.6 lbs

Breakfast:  Hard Boiled Egg
Lunch:  Korean Stone Pot with Beef and Veggies
Dinner:  Teriyaki Chicken/Pork; Spaghetti Squash; Gai Lan; Tomatoes; Cucumber
Dessert:  Ice-Cream with No-Carb Chocolate Cake
