Breakfast: Egg Frittata with Bacon, Mushroom and Spinach
Lunch: Omellette
Dinner: (City Fish) Grilled Snapper; Salad; Vegetables; (a little cheating of fish 'n chips, tartar sauce, and ketchup)
I'm happy that I have recovered nicely from last weekend's binge. It's amazing how quickly carbs and sugars cause the weight to go up and equally amazing how quickly the weight goes down once I stop consuming those stuff.
