Day 82

Weight:  163.4 lbs

Breakfast:  Banana Bread
Lunch:  (Famous Dave's BBQ) Ribs, Brisket, Chicken, Fries, Pork and Beans; Fried Stringed Onions; Cole Slaw
Dinner:  Ribs; Fries; Shanghai Dumplings; Fried Calamari; 1/2 Chinese Donut

Seems like the weight has somewhat stablized despite not being very strict on the diet for the last 4 days.  Hopefully, if that is the case, then that means I am in full maintenance mode.

Another amazing thing is that 3 other people have started this diet after learning it from me.  And I talked to another person today who is also planning to give it a try.
