Day 63

Weight:  170.2 lbs

Breakfast:  Hard Boiled Egg
Lunch:  Chicken; Cabbage; Cucumber
Dinner:  Zucchini Noodle with Sausage; Spinach Salad with Cucumber and Tomato; Steak;

Well, we were away at a family camp this past long weekend.  With limited food selections, it was a good excuse for having a long weekend of cheats:  smores, pancake, ice-cream, tostada, corn, etc.  I am probably out of ketosis right now.  So back at it this week...hopefully, can get back on track in a few days....
