Day 90

Weight:  163.8 lbs

Breakfast:  Hard Boiled Egg
Lunch:  Beef; Chicken; Greens; Cauliflower
Dinner:  Fish; Soy Chicken Wings; Tomatoes; Bell Pepper

Seems like weight has definitely settled down.  Even weekends and cheat days do not impact weight like before.  I will type up a recap of the first 3 months soon.
