Breakfast:  Hard Boiled Egg
Lunch:  Chicken; BBQ Pork; Teriyaki Beef in Miso Broth; Greens with Cucumber
Dinner:  Spaghetti Squash in Ground Beef Sauce; Tomatoes; Cucumber; Rubio's Fish Taco
